This Privacy Policy explains how SalesEQ Inc. collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our marketing website, join our waitlist, book a demo, communicate with us, or use related SalesEQ services.

We designed this page to describe our current practices in plain language. As our product evolves, we may update this policy to reflect new features, workflows, or legal requirements.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the site, and information received from third-party tools you choose to use with us.

Examples include:

Contact details such as your name, work email address, and any information you submit through forms or demo requests.
Waitlist or lead-capture details, including the source of the submission and related campaign or page context.
Usage and device information such as page visits, referring URLs, browser data, and basic analytics events.
Communications you send to us, including support requests, emails, scheduling information, and feedback.
Information associated with the SalesEQ app and services if you later create an account or use product features.

How We Use Information

We use information we collect to:

Operate, maintain, and improve the SalesEQ website and related services.
Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and communicate with prospective or current customers.
Manage our waitlist, sales pipeline, onboarding, and customer relationship workflows.
Measure site traffic, understand interest in our product, and improve marketing performance.
Detect abuse, secure our systems, troubleshoot issues, and enforce our terms.
Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of SalesEQ, our users, and others.

Analytics, Scheduling, and Third-Party Tools

Our marketing site currently uses third-party services to help us understand usage, capture leads, and schedule meetings. For example, we may use analytics tooling, hosted infrastructure providers, database providers, and scheduling tools.

When you interact with those tools, the providers may collect information according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party service you use through or in connection with SalesEQ.

Artificial Intelligence and Model Providers

SalesEQ product features may use third-party artificial intelligence services to generate analysis, summaries, answers, or similar outputs. We currently use models from Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, and ElevenLabs, accessed in part through OpenRouter (an API routing layer). The specific providers and models we use may change as we improve the product.

When you use AI-powered features, content needed to fulfill your request may be transmitted to the applicable provider for processing. Each provider applies its own terms, privacy policy, and security practices.

MCP Connector and Third-Party AI Clients

SalesEQ publishes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector at https://mcp.saleseq.ai that lets you query your meeting data from third-party AI clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, and any other host that speaks the MCP standard.

When you connect SalesEQ to an AI client, the client authenticates with SalesEQ using OAuth 2.0. The AI client may then call read-only tools on the connector to fetch meetings, transcripts, and analysis associated with your account, subject to the same permission model used in the SalesEQ app.

Tool results returned to your AI client may then be transmitted by that client to its own model provider for processing as part of the conversation. Each AI client and model provider operates under its own terms and privacy policy. SalesEQ does not see or log the prompts you send to the AI client, only the tool calls the client makes back to us.

You can disconnect the connector at any time from your AI client's settings. To revoke MCP access from the SalesEQ side, contact us at operations@getsaleseq.com.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us run the website and business, such as hosting, analytics, scheduling, database, communications, and security vendors.

We may also share information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, or when necessary to protect our rights, users, or systems.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the site, manage business relationships, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the context in which it was collected, and whether it is needed for operational, contractual, legal, or security purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you believe you have discovered a security issue involving SalesEQ, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.

Your Choices

You may choose not to provide certain information, but that may limit your ability to use some features or receive certain communications from us.

Children's Privacy

SalesEQ is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date at the top of the page.
